Suzuki Across 2023: Hybrid SUV gets an update
Marketed since 2020, the Suzuki Across is updated in 2023. If this new version is not really a restyling, it still includes a series of new equipment that allows the plug-in hybrid SUV to modernize itself, facing the competition.
Ahead of the start of 2023, Suzuki is announcing the next update to its family-friendly plug-in hybrid SUV, the Across. Essentially technical, this development makes it possible to take advantage of a shorter charging time, but also better connectivity on board the Japanese SUV. No changes are made to the vehicle's styling.
Concretely, this Suzuki Across update is materialized by the introduction of a new 6.6 kW on-board charger instead of 3.3 kWh previously. In the words of the Japanese manufacturer, it allows you to recharge the 18.1 kWh battery in three hours instead of five via a 16-amp fast terminal.
