Cars that are no longer manufactured in Brazil

Check out the cars that are no longer manufactured in Brazil below, and understand why these models stopped being manufactured in 2021.

Throughout the year 2021, many car models stopped being manufactured in Brazil.

Due to the great growth of SUVs in the automobile market, sedans and hatches are being discontinued.

O Fiat Uno is one of the cars that are no longer manufactured in Brazil.

After 37 years of being manufactured here in Brazil, the Fiat Uno line has come to an end, because of the low sales that made it reduce profits.

Secondly, I fear VW Fox. Due to the lack of chips for this model, VW had to reduce production.

Because of Proconve PL7, the VW Fox was discontinued. Requiring improvements in the vehicle's engine, which would be impossible for the company.

In addition to these three car models, we have the Citroen C3 which also went out of line.

But rest assured, Citroen is developing successors to the C3 and Aircross.

In 4th place we have the Fiat Doblo.

Fiat still maintained the Doblo model without any changes since 1998.

Also, with the more expensive price, it ended up becoming unfeasible to keep this model in production.

Now you also have no way to buy the car Toyota Etios, as it is no longer manufactured in Brazil.

As the Etios was competing with its successor Yaris, Toyota decided to remove the Etios from the lineup with no replacement to take its place.

Thus, it is evident that there are several reasons that led to the withdrawal of these cars from the line.

But, you can still buy some of these models from collectors and have these relics in your garage.
